Pricing
A fixed price, agreed before you commit.
We scope before we quote, so you always know the number before you say yes. Here is how an engagement fits together, from first idea to long after launch.
How an engagement works
Discover
A short, fixed-price sprint to pin down the real problem, design the key screens and map the build. You leave with a clear plan and a fixed quote, with no obligation to continue.
Build
Fixed-scope sprints, priced and agreed up front. You see working software at the end of each, and approve the next before it starts.
Serve
Ongoing support and improvements on a simple monthly plan. Scale it up, wind it down, or stop whenever you like.
What shapes a quote
Every project is different, so rather than a one-size price list, a quote reflects a few things:
How much there is to build
The number of features, screens and user types is the biggest driver of cost.
How complex it is
Integrations, real-time data, custom logic and compliance all add engineering time.
How much design
From a light touch on an existing brand to a full design system built from scratch.
How fast you need it
A tighter timeline can mean a larger team working in parallel to hit the date.
Pricing questions
- Do you have fixed packages or set prices?
- No two projects are the same, so we quote each one after a short Discovery. That way the number reflects your actual scope, not a guess.
- How do payments work?
- We agree a schedule up front, usually a deposit to secure your start date and the balance across the build, billed per phase. You always know what is due and when.
- Can we spread the cost?
- Yes. Because we work in phases, you pay as we go rather than all up front, and you approve each phase before it starts.
- What if the scope changes mid-project?
- We agree any change and its cost in writing before we do the work, so there are never surprise invoices.
Every project starts with a free conversation.
Tell us what you are trying to make and we will come back with how we would approach it, what it takes and what it costs. No obligation.
