Terms of service

Last updated 29 July 2026.

These terms cover your use of this website. The scope, price and terms of any actual project are agreed separately, in writing, before we start.

Who we are

This website is operated by Wrightserve Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17322512). Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “Wrightserve”, they mean Wrightserve Ltd. You can reach us at hello@wrightserve.com.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Using this website

You may use this site for your own information and to get in touch about working with us. You agree not to misuse it: no attempting to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, no scraping or automated collection without our permission, and nothing unlawful.

We work hard to keep the site available, but we don't guarantee it will always be up or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Our content

The design, text, graphics and code on this site belong to Wrightserve or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other rights. You're welcome to view and share links to it, but please don't copy, republish or reuse it commercially without our written consent. Third-party names and logos shown on the site (for example the technologies we work with) belong to their respective owners.

Proposals and quotes

Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a fixed quote. Anything we say here about how we work, what's included or how we price is general information. The specific scope, price and terms of any project are set out separately in a written proposal or agreement that we both sign before work begins.

No warranty

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we provide it “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It's your responsibility to decide whether it's suitable for your needs, and to seek professional advice where appropriate.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including any indirect or consequential loss. The terms of any project we take on are governed by our separate agreement, not by this page.

Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Privacy

How we handle any personal data you share with us is explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, along with the date shown above.
